Terms of Service — Puzzling Events Games
Last updated: 07-24-2026
This puzzle was designed and built by Puzzling Events, the commission studio of Handmation Media LLC, based in Hillsboro, Oregon. You’re playing it because someone commissioned it for an occasion — a wedding, a launch, a celebration — and shared the link with you.
If you’re the person who commissioned this experience, the scope, delivery, and payment for the work are governed by your agreement with Puzzling Events, not this page. This page governs the act of playing the finished puzzle.
1. Who this is for
This puzzle is built for a general audience and doesn’t require an account. If you’re under 13, that’s fine for casual play — just don’t submit feedback or contact us directly without a parent or guardian.
2. Playing without an account
There’s no login for event games. We use a cookie to track your progress through the puzzle, and if the person who commissioned this experience protected it with a password, you’ll need that to get in. Progress doesn’t carry over if you switch devices or clear your cookies.
3. How the puzzle works
This puzzle carries real consequence. A wrong answer can permanently end your run — that’s part of the design, not a bug. There are no refunds, undos, or resets for a failed attempt. Worth knowing before you commit to an answer.
4. Content and sharing
The puzzle, clues, answers, and artwork belong to Handmation Media LLC. You’re welcome to share photos, screenshots of your progress, or your completion moment on social media. Please don’t:
- Publish full answers, walkthroughs, or step-by-step solutions
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute the puzzle content
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to solve it
- Try to extract answers by inspecting the site’s code
5. Fair play
Don’t use browser tools or automation to reveal answers, and don’t try to disrupt the puzzle for other guests. We can restrict access for anyone who violates these terms.
6. Feedback
If you leave feedback about the puzzle, you’re giving us permission to use it — to improve this puzzle or future ones — without any obligation or payment to you.
7. Disclaimers and liability
This puzzle is provided “as is.” We work to keep it running correctly for the length of your event, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Handmation Media LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from playing.
8. Access and expiration
Event games are available for a limited window tied to the commissioned event. Access may be disabled once that window closes.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date above will reflect any change.
